Why I'm Not Writing This Week

We all know that the only thing writers like doing better than writing is avoiding writing. So every Friday I'm going to list five things that have distracted me from my writing that week.

Ahhh NaNoWriMo Started!
So yes, in theory, NaNoWriMo starting would mean I would not procrastinate and be sprinting towards my word count goal. Instead, I'm paralyzed by the possibilities of my novel. Happy Halloween!!!
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays of the year. The costumes, the candy, the kids being adorable. My husband went to three different Halloween parties, not to mention multiple work events. I dressed up as Cruella DeVille this year, but unfortunately, Daniel refused to dress up as my Dalmation, so I had to settle for a Pluto as a normal ole German Sheppard. Hope you got to have some fun this week too!
Bojack Horseman
Everyone knows the best was to procrastinate is binge watch Netflix. It's also happens to be one of my best talents. No one can burn through a 24 episode season like me. My current obsession (for the 3rd time) is Bojack Horseman. It makes me laugh, makes me painful cry, and makes me sad we don't have antropormorphic animals in real life.

Pluto Went To The Groomer
It may sound silly, but a freshly groomed dog is one of my cutest things you'll ever see. Check it out for yourself. He's all shiny and clean and smells like doggy cologne. How can I be expect to write, with this walking around my house.
