We completed the second leg of our North West adventure this week. We had a whirlwind weekend in Vancouver and enjoyed the train ride there and back. It was amazing to spend so much time with friends and explore a whole new city.
My husband and I both took a personal day once we got home, to recover from a full day of traveling and get used to the time change. It turns out we spent most of the day sleeping in until 10:30 and trying to put our house back together, but it was still nice to have some time to unwind.
I absolutely love Bob’s Burgers and used to watch it almost constantly on Netflix, but since they stopped carrying the show I’ve just been pouting and telling my husband how much I miss the show. NOW, though, we have Hulu and the entire series is available so I’ve been curled up on the couch and doing pretty much nothing but watching Bob.
In addition to going to the gym (ugh) me and Daniel have been working to eat healthier food and smaller portions. So far, we’re only a couple days in, because you can’t start a diet on vacation, obviously. But it’s going well and I only miss potato chips and cake a little bit.
