If you’re like me, you may have found yourself becoming very busy during this mandatory stay-at-home time. But I’ve also found that it’s crazy quiet while I’m working from home. If you’re a fan of multi-tasking, instead of listening to music, consider listening to some audiobooks. And you can find FREE audiobooks at the following websites:

Libby

With your community library card, you may have access to thousands of free audiobooks with absolutely no commitment. You just need to download the Libby app, put in your library card and information and you have access to the entire Libby library. You may have to wait a few weeks for access to the most popular titles, but all the audiobooks are high quality with professional narrators.

Librivox

If your favorite book is in the public domain, you might be able to find it on Librivox. On this site, volunteers read books that are in the public domain and load them for others to enjoy at absolutely no cost to listeners. Some volunteers are actors and professional readers, but others are amateurs, so it can be hit or miss on the quality of the book you receive.

Audible Stories

While you normally have to pay for Audible books, right now anyone can log into Audible Stories and have access to a select number of audiobooks. You don’t have the full Audible library at your disposal, but still some great selections no matter what genre you love.
